Our goal is to provide basic information about Mental Health. Most people do not give much attention to their mental health until they get to a condition that is affecting their daily life. This information is very necessary considering the unusual increase in the number of people experiencing mental health disorders. We want people to know that there are minor types of mental health problems and although they may be considered minor, they can affect the person and the other persons around him or her.
We provide definition of mental health in the simplest way that it can be understood by ordinary people and also ways to maintain a healthy well-being of the mind. We are also providing different types of mental health problems and their symptoms so that people may take action should they find these symptoms in their behaviors, emotions or attention.
We are also providing some screen tests to take so a person can determine whether his or her behavior or emotion is already becoming a sign of a mental health disorder. It is better to be prepared than to presume that nothing is wrong. As they say, an ounce of prevention is better than a pound of cure.
